There are so many of our people who are being messed around by PIP, that I'm being to wonder if the assessors who have been taken on to carry out assessments have had proper training or lack empathy with the people who are needed help. Surely, there should be a set of questions that every assessors should asked which would put everyone one of us on an equal footing.

Hi @Denise11 I am certain they are all trained, but like any job not everybody performs to the same standard, all industry have some good and some bad workers. Assessors also have hard targets to achieve.
Also bear in mind on a forum like this we only usually hear about the bad experiences and not the good, lots of people are successful applying for PIP first time but they don't tend to come on a forum to tell us this as they don't have any queries'
I have had both good and bad expereinces
