hi am Christine it’s taken me along time to build up courage to message here
i suffer from severe anxiety and have been bullied from young 
my anxiety gradually got worse now for last few years I suffer from most symptoms

We have many members that unfortunately suffer from anxiety, so you'll find a lot of understanding in this group. Most of us here have disabling disorders, but we do our best to help & support each other.
