Fibromyalgia office chair help

reeny1978reeny1978 Member Posts: 3 Listener
Hello,
I am currently working for a company who supplied me with an office chair. It flares up pain in my upper back and coccyx. It makes the pain unbearable. How can I find a chair which fits me and supports my body? I was told I was ‘too slim’ for the chair they supplied.
Having been off work for 12 weeks my pain has reduced.... until I used my work laptop at home yesterday. I am now working from home for 3 months and need advice on how to do this with reduced pain. I will stand up for part of the day.... it’s the sitting I need help with. Specifically a chair to use without so much pain. I have cushions you put on a chair and they do not provide enough support. Any advice would be greatly received. Thank you in advance.
