Hi @Funboy1 - & welcome to the community, Mal. Am I correct in presuming by MG you mean Myasthenia gravis?
Will you have long to wait to get a blood test, & then see your neuro?

Yeah Myasthenia gravis  , I was speaking on the phone to my neuro this morning , he is arranging  for a blood test to be done at my GP surgery and said we will have a face to face meeting in about three weeks  , finger crossed that I don't have it but  I most  the symptoms  , my left eyelid droops all the time and both droop when I'm tired

Hi @Funboy1 - pleased you don't have too long to wait, & hope you don't have Myasthenia gravis too. Drooping eyelids can have many causes. I have this with both due to Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome, tho not all have this. Please keep in touch, & let us all know how you get on. My best wishes. :)

    Hi @Funboy1

Good Morning I do hope that you are having a good day??

I have also got a rare neurological condition “Brain AVM”

This causes the same symptoms as you are mentioning in your post.

Please let me know if you need any further help.
