First application and given personal Independence payment October 2016 

Payments for dates 10 august 2017 to 2october 2018 

Awarded 55.10 a week form the 10th of august 2016 


First reassessment  for Personal independence payments Friday 15th December 

2017 which was early 

Removed payments 3 january 2018 


Mandatory consideration happened 26th February 2018

No change

Letter confirming appeal application date 26th March 2018


Hearing test July 2019 


Date of Appeal Received 17  October 2019 


Appeal suspended due to unable to follow conversations 

recommendations for Palantypist to be arranged for another hearing .

Advised by welfare rights to agree 


Letter received from courts 13th July 2020 


Phone Conversation 18th August 2020with durham court 

 with welfare rights listening in  and partner as interpreter 

WON THE CASE NOW WAITING FOR PAYMENTS BACKDATED
