Hi @Julie10 - & welcome to the community. Have a look through the following form to see the descriptors/activities that are looked at for PIP, reading the notes at the end too. PIP is about any difficulty you have with activities of daily living &/mobility. For any descriptor that applies, give a couple of detailed examples of the difficulty you faced recently, saying why it was difficult, what problems did you have, how did it make you feel afterwards, & importantly could you do it reliably, i.e. safely, as often as you'd like, did it take you longer than a person without your disorder, etc.If you have any questions, please say.

Hi @Julie10 Welcome to the community glad you have joined us here
There is lots of advice on here about PIP forms on top of what has already been given, just read a few of the posts from the PIP section this should help you
You can also sometimes get help from CAB or Welfare rights i for form completion
Hope it goes well and keep us updated -
Hello @Julie10 and welcome to our online community. I'm glad you found us.
I see you have already had some fab advice. Like @chiarieds said, make sure to include detailed examples about what happens when you attempt an activity. This means including what problems you encounter doing it and what would happen if help wasn't provided. Doing this will mean your claim has evidence to support it.
Lots of luck and please make sure to ask any more questions.Online Community Co-ordinator
