Hi everyone I am 35 years old I had a spinal operation last year it's been hard but with my amazing husband and family I got through it it affected my metal health for a long time I didn't want to be here I got treated badly in stoke hospital not all staff where horrible it wasn't until I went to Haywood I smiled again and happy I was me again
