Movement and staying active is so important for maintaining our mobility levels and our mental wellbeing. It is also important that we exercise safely and obviously have fun!
InclusFit is run by Sam James who is an experienced award-winning fitness instructor, Personal Trainer and a UK Disability Fitness Expert.who lives with Cerebral Palsy. 
Classes like Clubbercise and Rockbox are held over Zoom and are suitable for everyone. Even me!
