I've offered to help my son with house work but they don't want my help

My son married has a wife and a daughter aged. 1. I have offered to. Help them with house work but they don't want my help dealing with pain over the last 3 years things have got worse. I understand pride and the need to help them selves is there anything I'm not thinging?????
