It is always good to find out if they is a church surgery community outreach because that way you can find out if they might be a coffee morning going on. But the thing's I like to do when I move to a new place in the past is just go for a walk around the area just to see if they is any trees or park's or just to count how many take aways or cofree shop if any they are.

Hi @kward
The NHS has a great 12 week online diet and exercise plan that you might like to look at but it's important that you get registered at your GP as soon as possible.
You can look up your closest GP here and find what online services your GP offer here.
The NHS site says that you can get under the care of a lymphoedema care team, have you had any specialist support? If not, it would be great to get some help with your condition.

Have you called any church's some have Advocate's or do you have a career? I have seen there is a few community centres but I did find a website www.frimleycommunity.co.uk or they is a email address that they people do run coffee morning's enquiries@jubileechurchfarnham.org let us know if this has been helpful at all.
