I'm Andrea, I too suffer from depression and anxiety currently on Fluoxitine for it. These have helped me try to envision a better life, I'm not saying I feel 100% but about 50/50. I have days where I feel on top of the world because I've had a conversation with my autistic nephew or days when I lock myself away in my room as I just carnt deal with life. I have lost all my friends though depression and anxiety and due to being severely overweight I no longer really leave the house. But my advice to you would be to go to the doctors explain yourself get some help maybe medication or counciing and take it from there. If all else fails come back and talk to me

Definitely visit your gp and be 100% honest with him, he may prescribe something,if you don't get on with it ask him to try another,
I have found chi-gong meditation and mindfulness all of which you can do anywhere really helpful.
“You must be shapeless, formless, like water. When you pour water in a cup, it becomes the cup. When you pour water in a bottle, it becomes the bottle. When you pour water in a teapot, it becomes the teapot. Water can drip and it can crash. Become like water my friend.”
