Hi there.
As it's your week to discuss mental health. I thought I'd introduce myself as a survivor of a brutal assault - this led my attacker Nigel Wilson to an 8 year sentence.
If anyone out there has suffered something like this I want you to know it does get better. You can rebuild.
I'm now studying my Masters in criminal psychology and criminal Law.
Never lose hope.

Hi @theresa361
Thank you so much for your encouraging post and your bravery in speaking about what happened to you.
It requires a great deal of personal strength and courage to rebuild your life and to continue on, and that is exactly what you have done. You see yourself as a survivor, and you are now studying your Masters - good for you. I hope you do brilliantly well.
Best wishes,
Mia
