    Hi @nurdin
Welcome to the community, if you have been denied at mandatory reconsideration then your options are either to accept that decision or to go to appeal.

I understand that this may be stressful to you, we have some videos about the process that might explain a little more.

If you have no award in payment then you can make a new application straight away..

You can do this even if you make an appeal to the tribunal
    .
Things to be aware of if you choose to do this.

If you make a new claim you will also get a new decision

Any new decision supercedes any previous decision, even if made by the tribunal

If your appeal is successful, any decision made by the panel will only apply up until the new claim decison. So, if the panel award you enhanced for both, that will only apply until the new claim decision. If the new claim decision is standard both then that is what you will receive from that date.

You can withdraw your new claim any time up until a decision is made. So if you receive a tribunal decision that you are happy with, you can withdraw your new claim and keep the tribunal award.

If your appeal is unsuccessful then by starting a new claim now you will have saved time

A new claim also comes with a new right of appeal

Best of luck with what you decide to do

OMG  fibromyalgia mini stokes plus arthritis, just how bad have we got to be to get this PIP and for a reasonable amount of time as well. Having these conditions must tick of all the boxes when answering the questions on the PIP form as to how the condition affects you and the amount of help you need. Whats going on hear, things are going from bad to worse.I do so feel for you i really do.
