My ESA support group benefit has just been cut by a staggering £64 every two weeks. I've had no notification of this at all. Has anyone had the same issue? If so any idea why?

No matey. Absolutely nothing. No contact at all. Just this big cut. I'm a worried man

probably the only way to find out is bite the bullet and ring them
Letters take longer to reach us than the electronics used to notify other departments

Yep, I've only just seen it on my daily balance on my mobile. To change it without a notification or explanation is so wrong . One cruel way to treat people CR. I'll post the outcome. Hopefully it may benefit others on here. Take care now and thanks.
