Sorry if this is to late and hope all goes well for you.
The primary point of an assessment is to establish what help you need with some daily tasks in order to establish how your condition affects your funtionality.
The HCP should check your medication list and ask questions related to the answers you gave on your PIP2 form for clarification. They may also ask you to do some physical tests which you are not obliged to do if they would cause you great discomfort. However if you do refuse then you must explain your reason.
