Hi can someone please advise?
my little girl is coming up for 5years, gets DLA, mobility, and has a blue badge. My car is my own...... am I entitled to apply for free car tax or do I not qualify as she’s not always with me in the car?
Thank you in advance

hello, not sure on this one best ring up DVLA or DWP unless you can find out more on scope site or on line as the claim is in your daughters name and not old enough to drive ect maybe not , won't do any harm in making the call or having a look on scope site. -

Thanks very much for your reply, I was thinking the same thing. Perhaps I will call dvla just to check as I can’t find any answers online. Thanks again
