Hello Claire (I'm guessing) @marshallclaire, and welcome to the community. It is good to have you with us, though I am very sorry to read of your difficulties.
I am very sorry to hear about 'dad', too. Unfortunately it is not in my experience uncommon. What matters most, I guess, is that you're here, that you have found a safe place and are among friends, so please don't be shy of telling us about yourself, about any difficulties you face or of asking any questions.
There are a couple of links that might be particularly worth a visit, including 'Talk about ASD' https://community.scope.org.uk/categories/learning-disabilities-and-autism, , and 'Ask and ASD advisor' https://community.scope.org.uk/categories/ask-an-asd-advisor
Perhaps you could give those a look and get back to us?
Here and listening.
Warmest best wishes,
Richard

Hi @marshallclaire, welcome to the community.
It sounds like you're going through a really tough time, I'm sorry to hear you're not getting the support you need.
The groups that Richard mentioned could be good to look at along with our page about support for parents. I've moved this post over to our parents and carers group so that other members can provide some support. @ParentingAdvisorVikki, are you able to provide any advice?
I hope this helps! Please do let us know if you have any questions. -
Hi @marshallclaire, how are you doing?
