The DWP have the same chance as we do to appeal the decision but first they have to ask the Tribunal for the Statement Of Reasons. Then they must find an error in law in making the decision. It's very rare that they do this. As it was only 11 days that you had your Tribunal it could be a few weeks yet that you hear anything from DWP.
Once DWP send you your award letter you can then go to a dealers of your choice to test drive some cars and place your order. The process for a motability car will be the same as the first time. Waiting times for cars depend on what you've orderd and can be anything from a couple of weeks to months.
Well done on winning your Tribunal!
I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying. If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help.
