I have learning disabilities and I have osteoarthritis & nerve damage in my back and my 1st & 2nd vertebrate is wearing away. I also suffer with borderline personality disorder, depression, tinittus and vertigo. Because of the nerve damage in my back my feet feeling like they are burning or fire. I have pains in my legs all day. I can't stand for too long without being in pain with my back. Just making an cup of tea is very painful. I get pins and needles in my feet when I'm sitting and I get pain in my lower back.

Hello Clare Ann @Clare_Ann73 and a warm welcome to the community. Very glad you have found us.
That's a pretty awesome list of symptoms, Clare Ann, and my heart goes out to you. But 'my heart' won't make a big difference, I fear. So what matters now is to find out how we can be of real use to you
There is no rush and no pressure, at all, so take your time, but it would be helpful if you could tell us a little more, particularly about the effects of your conditions on your way of life. Do you cope? How do you cope? Is there anything you don't have that you need to make things better? All that kind of stuff. We can't promise you anything except that we will listen very carefully and do whatever we can to help you.
Here and listening, Clare Ann,
Warmest best wishes to you,
Richard -
