Hello Dawn (?) @Nannadawn and a warm welcome to the community. I'm glad you've found us.
The first thing to say, perhaps, is that you'll find you're not alone on here. I know we have members with joint hypermobility and depression who will be only too happy to make your acquaintance. Things may be a little quiet, being Sunday afternoon, but please stick with us
If you would like to have a look around our various forums please help yourself, and perhaps take a look at our 'Dealing with chronic pain' and 'Invisible impairments' threads. If you find conversations you would like to comment on just go ahead - it's the easiest way to meet new people.
You are safe here, among friends, so please don't hesitate to ask us any questions or to tell us anything more about yourself or your situation that might help us find ways to be of help to you.
Warmest best wishes,
Richard @JennysDad -
Thank you Jennysdad this seems to be the place for me xx
