Appeal date and court dates.

I've been awaiting a court esa appeal date since September last year and a re assessment on pip for 3 months. Looking for advice on how to handle Foth coming dates as I will not be available for the last 2 weeks in June and the first week in July. It's sods law that my appointments will arrive during my absence. Any advice as to whether I notify them.

Yes I would definitely notify them that you are not available on those dates. I will say though it is best to make yourself available as much as possible when it comes to court dates in fact they might say you must stick to those dates. -
