I’ve got 2 kids with autism

Do they have an actual health disability or illness?

Hi uk2018,
I've not come across any (impartial) evidence to suggest that stem cells can be used to help with autism. The NHS and National Autistic Society don't recommend it and suggest instead looking at treatments to help with the symptoms of autism (for example melatonin to help with sleep problems).
There are quite a few discussions over on the National Autistic Society's community that you might like to read for more info. -
there's no such thing as a 'cure' for autism. I'm autistic myself and I wouldn't reccomend stem cell treatment for the condition.
