I only sleep 4-6 hours per night so I find I catch up on reading or knitting to try and keep quiet while everyone else sleeps

Birds chirping like there is no tomorrow and no passing traffic.

I like listening to birds and little planes in the sky or watch soaps. And using moblie I kant sleep properly due to benzo withdrawal. And a wicked lady under me music after hours banging hear everything from yawning slurping she no respect at all

I have my Dr to support me as he rang me Tuesday to see I as ok .goin through a crisis but am settle now
