Find a Job replacing Universal Jobmatch

I am really confused about using Find A Job instead of Universal Jobmatch. It’s completely different and the jcp advisors don’t have access to my profile. I can’t find where to record my activity history. So how do I prove that I’m actively seeking work please? Also I was told to go on to a pc and saved all of my previous history on UJM on a file as it will be deleted when the site closes. I have started doing that but it’s taking forever. Do I really need to save my UJM activity history? What’s the best way to do this please? I normally use a tablet or phone to access these sites. Thanks

Is this the new system replacing the live one and dwp will have all of the job searches done previously saved and put in a file somewhere already as theyve already checked that youre doing what youre supposed to be so they can' sanction you over old searches

I’m told they don’t save your old searches you must do that. I think they will be able to sanction you for not proving you are job searching by not recording somewhere what you are doing . So could someone please give me advice ?

Good afternoon, having done some research into this current problem, it looks as though the Job centre advisors do not have access to your searches.
Please the see the attached freedom of information request and scroll down and open the PDF called Reply 2046

Apparently on find a job only your being on the site is recorded and not what you are doing. Or only your activity there is recorded. I’m not sure which and neither are the jcp! So I’ve been advised to keep a diary of what I’m doing aside from find a job. That means using an app to take notes or a notebook. It’s very hit and miss and yet it could mean a sanction for making a mistake .

On find a job the jcp have no access to your account. I was asked to show my advisor my smart phone to let them see my activity. Each time you go on your time and date and activity is logged and when you look up each job. If you just browse it’s not showing details . You can’t record on it.
