Hia Folks..
Nothing about nothing.
I like most people have muscle aches when it's cold. But recently I've been getting these aches while it's hot like it's been recently.
It's not agonisingly painful but it's there.
Does anybody else have these problems or is this just a problem with my body.
Thank you for any advice and just carry on enjoying the sun.

We have been having extremely warm weather and just make sure you are hydrated enough as dehydration can affect muscles . Try NHS uk website for advice

I was going to say that as well @debbiedo49 dehydration can cause all sorts of problems, it is also the salts that come out in your sweat that you miss and these can cause muscle cramps a well. you can read it here https://www.nhs.uk/conditions/dehydration/Have you considered going to your doctor? if it seems to be getting worse and happening more often it could be a good idea just in case it is anything that does need investigating.
life is too short to let others make you miserable. -
I think it's just down to the usual problem...dehydration.
Thanks for the replies!
