Hi I recently applied for universal credit for housing benefit after my youngest son moved out . I am a full time carer for my severely disabled son . I challenged bedroom tax as I cannot move because of my sons disability unit on the rear of my property it was declined so now escalated to a tribunal , could u tell me if I will get charged for a tribunal

Hi @debbiek54,
Welcome to Scope's online community! It's great to have you here.
@Gill_Scope, are you able to help with this, please?
I've also moved this into our dedicated housing and independent living category, where other members of our community can help you too.

Hi @debbiek54
This is a housing benefit appeal, is that correct?
There is no charge for a benefit appeal tribunal hearing.
