Struggling with sick pay

Hi hi everyone , I hope someone can help me, I've been off work sick since January, I was getting statuary sick pay until the 14th of July, I have tried to get sick money but no one knows what I should be on, the job centre told me to go to citizens advise for them to tell me what I should be claiming, please help x

Were you getting SSP but it has now reached the 28 weeks and now run out?
If so you contact your employer to get an SSP1 form which confirms you have used you SSP entitlement up. You then use this to apply for ESA.
I am in that same particular situation. Hope that helps
