For the first time in quite a while I am having a very low pain day.
I have for the first time in about 8/9 weeks taken off my walking boot and gone to my local Pub/restaurant and had a family meal.
Normally I would wear my boot, but when I awoke this morning I realised that the pain was only just twinges and aches, so I thought, okay leave off the boot and see what happens.
Well it's now 9 o'clock in the evening and still low pain, twinges, or aches.
Is it the weather, is it just me, has anyone else had a low pain day that they weren't expecting.

I thought so too @debbiedo49.
It's not often you read about the good days or the good things that happen to people who have to endure chronic pain or a severe disability daily.Edited, re-edited, bits added, bits taken out spellchecked then edited again, -
