Can some one advise me at the moment I'm working but not sure how long for I'm struggling with fibromyalgia and copd also angina I'm sure how I stand if I pack up work to go on long term sick I think it's ESA if I leave my job will I be able to get benefits or because I leave does it work out suspended from any kind of help ????

Hi @luppylou, sorry to hear that you're finding work difficult. I wonder if you've discussed things with your employer, to see if there are any reasonable adjustments they can offer to make things easier?
If you do decide to leave, it's impossible to guarantee what help you will to get, but it might be a good idea to use an online benefits calculator to see what you may be able to claim.
