Anyone here know any companies in the UK that employ remote workers with a reasonably reliable income?

    Hi Joffa,

The phrase to look into these days that might open up your horizons is 'VA's' Virtual Assistants. It all depends on your skill sets of course.

Lets say you are qualified (or can show your skills as in previous work completed) in Photoshop, well as this example goes Photoshop can be used to do sooo many things, thinking of advertising/marketing in this case then you would benefit joining communities, not Photoshop communities but those communities that need people to do their artwork like lets say a social media management company or a company that would use your skills.

Think of the industries that would be needing this and join them on Fbook, just use your imagination. Even reach out to businesses. I would get set up with your legal stuff and what you offer and at what prices you charge etc. There are lots of resources online, here is one to get you thinking about this approach: https://www.theguardian.com/small-business-network/2013/nov/25/virtual-assistant-small-business     Good Luck
