I would like to talk about FND

Hi, I’m really struggling with my fnd and it’s getting worse, I’ve had it for 16 months now and I feel so alone. I wondered if there’s anyone out there that understands and would be willing to talk to me?

Great to meet you and welcome to the community! It's good to see that you are already getting involved and helping new members. I don't live with FND but I'm sure that some of our members would be very pleased to talk with you. FND Action has a lot of information. It can feel very lonely at times but we are here and I'm looking forward to reading your future posts:smile:

    Hi @Oscarej11, and welcome!

I'm tagging in @doogle, @clare_1, and @AmyRainbow76 who have all discussed FND in the past, in case they would like to share their experiences.

    Hello Oscarej11.
I've had mine for years now. Even though it may not feel like it atm, but it will get better.
You will understand how to manage it more, know what you can and can't do,will know when to rest yo recharge your battery's.
Most of all never feel bad for taking you time
    All the best
