Hi,Did you ask for a MR then Tribunal if that failed with your previous claim? If not, why not? and if you didn't then when was the decision made on the previous claim?Have you started the new claim already? It's pointless starting a new claim using the same evidence you previously used because it's possibly they'll refuse you again.PIP isn't about a diagnosis, it's how those conditions affect your ability to carry out daily activities based on the PIP descriptors.I would appreciate it if members wouldn't tag me please. I have all notifcations turned off and wouldn't want a member thinking i'm being rude by not replying. If i see a question that i know the answer to i will try my best to help.

It is important to understand the points system, descriptors and the criteria for an awardIn the first instance try the self test to see whether you meet any of the descriptorsAs poppy says reapplying with the same evidence is pointless unless you can present it in a way that shows how your functionallity is affectedBe all you can be, make every day count. Being honest, I resubmitted mine, exactly the same and went from 0 to full rate. When I went for my face to face they said that they turn down a huge % straight away as more then 50% of them don't reapply.
If I was you, I would suggest getting a letter or something from gp,explaining your situration, it may be from the surgery and not your actual gp.
Hope this helps. Don t give up tho, I know it's not easy..But never let them win. -
