I was diagnosed formally with Autism on the 31st August. I got a follow up session finaly letters one who i sent to my employer and one for myself. I was then discharged I go a leaflet and a follow up session and that was it. Mine is cognative, being concentration. I have tried to get support but I am going around in circles, even northumberland library has very little on this subject. The Support Group is a 70 mile trip to which I am not prepared to do as is too far

Hi @Grenville have you looked at www.autism.org.uk? This is the website of the National Autistic Society and they have lots of useful information and links to other services. If you need any more help please let me know. ?
