So my friends this time a saver.  You have loads of Chicken left over.

Use that now for 

CHICKEN NOODLE SOUP

Very simple and easy to do.

This time you will need left over Chicken shredded.
Onions diced up.
Five Spice Powder 1tsp.
Chilli one quarter tsp
From a jar
Ginger, Garlic paste from a jar 1tsp.
Ready to wok noodles. No need to soak into sauce or stock.
Passata half a carton
Chicken Stock cubes just add one.
Veg your choice.
Peppers, sweetcorn, green beans, greens, spinach.  If using frozen drain well.
Soy sauce, dash.

Coriander fresh a hand full shredded in. or dried 1tsp. Use Basil if you wish goes great.

Blender or food processor, bowls, knife.

METHOD

To a blender or food processor add Onions, five spice powder stock cubes, spices and herbs Passata. Add a dash of soy plus boiling water just a touch blitz up. To make a soup stock just not too much. Portion in a bowl measure out to the pan you are using.

To a pan and simmer add vegetables of your choice.

With Cooked Chicken shredded. Add in noodles warm through takes few minutes add in herbs if using fresh now.

Another favourite to boost immune systems. The ginger and chili helps.
