Hi, thanks for responding, issues are with sensory disorder in a 10 year old. This condition is very distressing, the child tears clothes, overthinks the slightest comment, thinks all family members are against her, refuses to wear shoes and appears very stressed at times. Other times appears quite calm and normal. How do you deal with these situations. End of tether situation for the adults involved.

I have just found this post regarding another parents concern over their daughter ripping up clothes and repetitive behaviour. Hope this helps.
