I need help please, my daughter has hemepligia/cerebal pelecy, we get middle rate dla for her, would we be able to get blue badge as we have so much appointments and also she is not able to walk for long. if yes what is your advice for us when we fill in the form or do we need to provide letter from GP?

You will need to apply to your local council and make some enquires on what is required before applying for a blue badge on behalf of your daughter.
