Hi, my question is please: Can you get life insurance if you have a disability but it is not terminal?

Hi @CazBee, I'm no expert on this myself but this MSE page on buying insurance if you're ill or disabled contains lots of helpful links and information:Insurance companies are not allowed to refuse to insure you because you’re disabled or offer you worse terms than other customers.
However, they can apply special conditions or charge you extra for a policy if they can show that there’s a greater risk of you needing to make a claim. -
Thank you so much Pippa. The government want us to keep working and because I get, albeit the lowest pip, I thought the chances are I am going to pop my cloggs as a result of keeping working so had better look at basic life insurance but was amazed that because I get pip, I am refused Life Insurance!?
