Hi @cfd44, and a warm welcome to the community!
Is there anything in particular you're looking for support with? Many of our members will have experience with autonomic dysfunction but for anything medical, your GP should always be your first port of call. -
I was just looking for some advice from people living with it. It's lights noise and patterns I react very severely too and it's leaving me housebound

Oh I'm sorry to hear that @cfd44, that must be tough.
Everybody reacts differently and benefits from different things, but I have autonomic dysfunction myself and have found the POTS UK website really helpful. There's lots of different sections under the Living with POTS category that may be helpful, and hopefully our members will be able to share some tips too!
