Was diagnosed with chronic dsh a month or 2 ago. Didn't even know it was a name for it.
anybody else been diagnosed?
Anybody know why we do it. I seriously have no idea why I do it. I do it on my worst days of depression and also when I'm feeling upbeat.
Been doing it since 16 and now 30.

Every day is different and some days are good some are bad. Please may I apologise for the post I first sent you. Must have had a bad day. Made an error with my username some how in the text. Does happen.
Please may I add you have done the first step contacting us.
One bit of advice I can help with is to try think about getting the support you need. This can beneficial to your wellbeing and can also help, guide to cope with your issues.
I used in the past Mental Health charities because they could identify my problems and issues. Advised me on lots of coping methods and strategies.
Hope that helps you. To make a decision to enquire.
