If you’re over 55 and live in England or Wales you may be eligible to use our free Will-writing service to write a Will or update an existing one.
Our Will-writing partners are specialists. The TAS Network, are a group of professional Will-writing businesses around Britain.
- Choose where to meet your Will writer, which could be at your home.
- If you want anything beyond a standard Will (like lasting powers of attorney or Will trusts) you will need to pay for it.
- You don't have to leave a gift to Scope in your Will to use our free service, but of course we'll be extremely grateful if you do.

May take you up on this

If you don't qualify for our free offer (under 55), you can find a solicitor to help you make a Will.

Great offer so many people leave it to late to make a will or not at all and the cost in trying to sort it out amongst family members is worst still all trying to get what they think they should have or get.
-
Does this offer only apply to England and Wales, and if so why?
Best wishes.

Missed out again at 52 ?

Is there any indication of the other costs?
Power of attorney etc.
A free basic will is ok but there are many free services and even downloadable forms these days.
For us (disabled people) the later years of our lives can be far more complex, requiring things like enduring powers of attorney etc.
Without any indication of cost it is always a good idea to get a **FREE** quotation before going ahead.

P.S. I am 64 with the start of memory problems, which run in both sides of my family, and am shopping around for quotations for these types of services at present.
P.P.S. A solicitor absconded with the proceeds of my mortgage a 'few' years ago so I have very little trust in the legal profession.
