Welcome to the community @poetmatt1964
Do you want to explain a little more about what you are asking?Scope
Senior online community officer -
I was informed that an allegation was made against me on the 15th February but I wasn't informed of this until the 8th March which is a long time in my opinion

Falsifying documents I was also appointed a contact for personal and emotional support who I emailed with questions and concerns. They turned out to be on annual leave and couldn't answer my questions. They said they will forward my concerns to an area manager but no one has replied
I have a meeting scheduled for tomorrow and feel let down with the support the company promised as part of there policy. -
@poetmatt1964 Which company and what documents?

I have asked @BenefitsTrainingCo to take a look at your post to see if they can help. You might like to call our helpline too on 0808 800 3333.

@wildlife apologies my predicted text wrote Scope when I meant BHF

poetmatt1964,
I'm sorry, I don't think this is something we can help with. If it involves BHF and is in 'ask an employment adviser' then it sounds as if it is to do with employment or perhaps voluntary work, not a benefits issue.
I think Sam_Scope's idea of calling the helpline is a good one though. Other sources of advice on employment matters are ACAS and if you think disability discrimination is involved, EASS.
