Hello @Niknakhuni51 Pleased to meet you welcome.

Thank you for joining and sharing.

Sorry to hear your in pain and feeling depressed.

I am one of the team of community champions who guide, advise and help new members who join the forum.

I have mental health issues my self and do understand what you are going through.

We are here to be supportive and always here to listen.

Please if I can suggest if you need advice and support with your depression.

I would contact your Doctor. They will be able to give you guidance, support on your mental health and your condition.

There often the people you need to access information and advice. Signposting to any additional support.

I do use mental health charities .

    Used this one last time.

    https://www.richmondfellowship.org.uk.

They can give you support and advice, guidance on your mental health and wellbeing.  Can offer floating support or an outreach worker and other guidance , support on benefits and welfare.

Do take people with mental health issues and other conditions.

Please if you feel or having thoughts of self harm.  It is important to discuss them with some one who is qualified to do so.

You can call The Samaritans 116 123.

Please if you wish to talk to them.

    Might help.

You might also benefit from MIND website information. Something else to look at.

    Please take care.
