Hi Ami2301
thanks for your kind welcome and reply, I have searched on the internet , managed to find a wheelchair dance group but not in my area , it’s definitely lacking in north wales
anything to do with wheelchairs and the over 55s , I’ll definitely have a look in the local paper though .
best wishes -
Hi @cill
A very warm welcome.
Try your local Phab club, contact them on 020 8667 9443.
They have branches in North Wales (Wrexham).
Let us know how you get on.
Best wishes

Hello @cill welcome to the community.

Hi, @cill and warm welcome.

Welcome!!
How old are you? Find out what your local council offers. You need to request a needs assessment. Give PHAB a call tomorrow or check their website. If you are into horses, contact RDA. They have a website too. Do you enjoy gardening? Do you love sports? There are lots of adaptive sports worth looking into now. Definitely find out more about them. They are a good way of meeting people.
Do you enjoy art? Socialising? The NHS has more information on physical activity that you might find helpful to read.
