Hi @sam12
Ice is great to get the swelling down. Once you get that swelling down it will feel a bit better and you can move around easier. Being in pain and struggling to get around can make anybody feel low.

A cloth face cloth be ok won't it wrap it around foot better then ice which I haven't got
-
Hi Sam, do you have a plastic bottle? You could half fill it with water and put this in the freezer to freeze. This will be better for your foot then a cold cloth.
I'm sorry to hear you are feeling anxious. I can imagine it's difficult when you are struggling to get around. I hope it starts to ease soon which will hopefully improve how you feel.Scope -

Lots of people find it very hard to trust, especially if they’ve been let down in the past. I’m sorry you’re feeling in that position @sam12.
