-
Sounds like my kind of weekend @humble_rumble! I actually have no plans this weekend for the first time in a month or so. Sleeping and writing for me
When was the last time you went swimming? This is something I have wanted to get back into but keep putting it off...Scope -
That's Awesome @Chloe_Scope ! you need to chill out once in a while. What do you write about?
Last time I have been "swimming" while on holiday in Spain in Easter. The water was still so cold but nevertheless I went into the pool. dont need to say what happened next ?
I miss swimming at sea that was wonderful haven't done that since I was a teenager.
What has been putting me off is being tired after work and not finding someone to go with, I like people's company but that's not an excuse I can tell my neurologist, I have strict orders to go ?
What about you? when did you last swim?

Church and music theory lesson on Sunday -
Working from home today. Then two days of pottering around doing odd jobs but mainly resting.
Had to leave work early on Tuesday due to pain in my arm and visited the local accident and urgent care unit. Xray showed bone degeneration and calcific tendonitis. Anti inflamatory tablets upped again. Few days working from home and the pain levels have dropped enough to cope with, plus an improvement in the range of movement.
Fortunately I have a real diamond of a boss. Working from home is an acceptable option, however is generally discouraged but my boss worked with HR so that it got put in as part of my accommodations to help me cope with work and sustain my job. She also fought my side when they did not want me to use the raised desktop I bought for use at work to make life easier. Again they have accepted this as an agreed accommodation between my boss and myself, and just waiting for IT to set it up with the double screens and for a check that it will not cause further harm. This is due to happen next week, so a bit concerned.
So main plan is to catch up on some reading and some binge watching on programs I have been meaning to catch up on for a while.
As an individual I stood alone.
As a member of a group I did things.
As part of a community I helped to create change! -
This weekend is devoted to British grand prix. Been out earlier to set up gym membership for my son and do the shopping. Watched qualifying so now do some chores and baking and look forward to the race tomorrow
-
This weekend I am making time for ironing. I also finished my novel and tackled some laundry too. I then cooked and relaxed on the couch with a magazine for a while.
Tomorrow we are going shopping and possibly invite a friend round to tea. -
Today I picked out a dress for my wedding in September. I also went for a walk and baked a pie. I invited a friend for dinner tomorrow night too.

Maybe just relaxing and paying bills, maybe read a book and that's exciting as it gets for me

Schools out so we went to see Madness on Friday night, rested yesterday with a film and loads of sweets today a bike ride to try to equalise the sweet factor. Good luck with the head lice Waylay I’m hoping that now primary school days are behind us those little critters will be a thing of the past.
-
We are hoping to visit a theater tomorrow. On Sunday the plan is to take a scenic drive around Surrey. We may even have a picnic somewhere. Plans for next week include a pie making workshop and a bike ride plus a trip down to Brighton. We also have to do some shopping at some point.

This weekend I am going to visit a friend! We haven't seen each other in a while, so it'll be great to spend some time with them.
It'll be the first time I won't be going with my PA, and will be using assistance when transferring trains. I've got two connections and one of these is only 8mins. Just keeping my fingers crossed.Scope -
I will be gorging on football!!!!Scope

I present a show on BBC Radio Sheffield on a Saturday morning from 10-12 so that's what I do every weekend! Tomorrow's show is about birthdays and anniversaries as it has been one year since I started there! You can listen in online on the BBC website.
