@April2018mom @Adrian_Scope
Hi very sorry I havent been in touch all of my kids had cold.
I rang the school monday the head didnt know why the member of staff was in school when my son was as she shouldn't of been but he has not warned her she cant be at all under any circumstances even though he said he has no safe guarding issue which his actions state different.
My sons Portage worker contacted LADO as we've heard nothing and it's all still under investigation as hes very very disgusted at the situation and isnt going to let it go lightly(his words) so fingers crossed they pull their foot out and do this investigation. I've passed on all evidence I have and it's just a waiting game.
Many thanks for all of your advice and help on such an awful situation, I'll be sure to keep you all updated -
Hi @jonesrem4, thanks for updating us and I'm glad you have your son's Portage worker supporting you with this too.
It's saddening that it sounds as though the school's handling of this hasn't been as it should be. I hope the LADO investigation moves things along a bit.

@Adrian_Scope
His portage worker is a god send she always has been.
It's very disappointing the schools handling of it especially when they've broke my trust numerous times. I just want a happy and safe environment for him.
I'm keeping my fingers crossed that this LADO helps. -
Good luck @jonesrem4!
