HI all,
My daughter was diagnosed with Cerebral Palsy (spasticity of her legs) aged 8, she is now aged 27, she has been to her physiotherapist i who has given her leg braces. We were always told that she had mild cerebral Palsy and that Baclofen and Yoga would help.
I feel let down and wonder whether there was anymore that I could do.

Hello @sarz68. Welcome to Scope!
I am tagging @Richard_Scope as he may have more Baclofen experience and can hopefully answer your first question. There are special needs yoga sessions available.
Take a look at this site that has more information on yoga sessions for disabled people.

Hi @sarz68
Good to meet you.
The Baclofen and yoga will have helped a lot and if your daughter can walk her Cerebral Palsy will be considered mild. Our mobility can change as we get older and can be affected by other issues such as lifestyle and general health.
Please try not to feel that you haven't done enough, I'm sure that you have and that your daughter knows this. Did the physiotherapist clarify why the leg braces were required?

Hi @sarz68 and a warm welcome to the community!
I just wanted to echo Richard and say that you will have done enough. I also have mild CP (diagnosed at 7 years old) and I started wearing splints again when I was 19 years old. For me personally, it was the best thing that ever happened as it has enabled me to walk a lot further and with less pain.
