I know going for an assessment. I went through a medical assessment recently. I would get together all the medical and empirical evidence you can to support your case. I would speak to people around you that you trust. I would also speak to anyone you know and trust around you that have been through this process too. Let the online community know how you get on and how you are doing as you go along.

Chloe GP is contacting me tomorrow about medication. Also got a message from pip today saying I will receive letter. have to go for assessment on the 23rd October. That was quick they only received it last week on Thursday. I'm really dreading going. Many thanks chloe.

I hope it goes well tomorrow then.
I can see why you'd be dreading it but we will all be here whatever the outcome. A lot of people share their bad experiences and the good ones often don't get heard.
We wish you luck with the assessment and if there is anything we can do to help then please do let us know.Scope -
Thank you chloe. Why I'm dreading it because don't know what to expect never been for assessment for myself before. I went with my partner 3 years ago and he got no points went to the tribunal and DWP lost the case.
