Feeling way to stressed & alone

I haven't been able to go on here for a few days but I'm back guys! Things with my family a few spiralling out of control. If I was healthy I could deal with all that life is throwing at us but I'm not so that's part of the reason we're sinking. I'm also stranded & alone. ?

You're not complaining at all. It's good to talk about how you are feeling. I can relate to how you're feeling, especially the loneliness. It's a horrible thing!

Thank you guys. I'm so used to Facebook these days. Maybe I need to come back when I've calmed down. I'm not usually like this but I'm about to explode mentally & emotionally! I don't even know where to begin? ?

Have you tried making a list of your worries/the things you are stressed about? Might be worth numbering (that's a word I keep looking at and not even sure if it is a word!) Them from 1, being to most stressful

I'm trying to reach out to friends and at least one or two are prepared to see me in person. If they can? I just don't know where to start with at all?
We have normal family stresses with the stress of me being physically restricted due to an illness. I need to be healthy again as my family need me to be but my body won't allow it. The normal stress has become very serious in this last 2 weeks also. I feel alone & useless right. ??

Adjusting to an illness can be a difficult process for both yourself and loved ones. I have a motto, "Everything is Adaptable"...there are some things that we can no longer do the way we are used to doing it, but where there is a will, theres a way. It's just finding the best way to suit you.

You seem to be putting pressure on yourself. I am sure your family dont expect anything more than you are able to give but i understand how frustrating it can be to be restricted.

We all face daily stresses but when you have other things to deal with it just seems like an uphill struggle.
Its good you have your friends to talk to

Remember you are just human and cant always be the strong one to sort everything. We all need looking after sometimes if that makes sense ?

I just want my body to snap back so I can be there for my family. A couple of members in particular whoa are having a hellish time right now. Each week gets worst while I'm like this. I can't stand  it anymore! Any help isn't there for us but this week I've been sent links to get in contact with certain people. My husband doesn't know I'm alive most of the time, he certainly doesn't listen to me. Shannon sent me a link for him that could benefit us both in some way but he isn't interested. We just shout all the time & we have the new situation that's been a complete shock to us! I really to to be the super human I once was up until a few years ago. I feel useless & invisible! I don't get a say on my own life and I've applied to be a sex phone worker just to get enough money in our house to keep us going. I need to concerntrate on my health but that's not possible while we're in this impossible state. I've never felt like this before.
You all seem so supportive. I need to socialise too. 99%of people we know have 'jumped ship'.

You have a lot going on, it's understandable that tensions are high between you and your husband. You mention briefly about money, are you in receipt of any benefits that could help?

It's just a couple of friends who don't bother with me mostly. They do talk online at times & they actually want to meet up & chat to try & support me . That's become unusual to me these days. It's just my husband & myself at breaking point trying to get by. It's made me mentally ill not too. We've tried to get help but we're always turned away. Scope have helped an a little with this though. Someone from who has supposedly worked us for a year has finally decided we need real help and she's given us advice on where to go next. She says she can't help anymore now. She never actally saw us until we hd a desperate situation recently. She only took us seriously when things tipped dangerously over the edge. Things have been on a knife edge for a long time. I'm really hoping one of those links I've contacted can improve our situation here & my quality of life?

    @Angeleyes65

I went through a very hard time a few years ago i wont go into details but i lost everything and i mean everything. I never thought things would get better but i am glad to say i am getting there. I unfortunately have no family or friends and live alone but i have adapted to my situation and accept it.

When i was at my lowest i didnt always see things in a positive way but i try too now....but not always possible ?.....but talking helps believe me.

I am sure your family and friends want to be there for you.....be open and honest with them and hopefully things will ease a bit.

Oh goodness it's such a long story. My Mum wouldn't have me at her house until my health improved at all. She wasn't upset at all just made it very clear I was an inconvenience for her while I wasn't my normal able bodied self. ?? She's never been supportive of me throughout my life so it shouldn't have been a surprise. Suddenly this last few weeks she's been treating me like someone she'd talk to & she been more human with me. Even nicer to me. We still don't have much to do with each other and don't live near one another either. I desperately need to some independence & to socialise once again.
