i received a lovely surprise phone call which distracted me from the growing panic about my ESA benefit Interview/ assessment next week, i spent the rest of the day doing an online grocery shop and following the American political circus on you tube. always good for a chuckle.

I’ve spent most of today just looking around this forum!

I have however also finally finished putting together my letter and evidence to ask for a mandatory consideration for my PIP, so just need to get out to send it off now.

I taught my little girl and boy (2) how to spell using sand. I also spent time doing some disability related paperwork and planned our yearly pre Christmas trip to London by train to see a musical. Tickets are booked. I cannot wait. I then ordered some embroidery resources online too at lunchtime and sat in on Logan’s first PT session this afternoon since I had a rare free day off work.

Hi there, I am mostly at home now due to severe anxieties and special needs but I mainly take the dog for a walk, watch tv, youtube & play games. I don't have a lot of friends unfortunately. I have 2 friends.

    Chatting/ other....
I ticked other, I am fortunate in that I have been able to continue working from home though it has its ups and downs.

Recent announcements means my employer has begun to look at how they can start to return staff back to work but have already said the offices won't be opening this month, we don't expect to return until at least September, but without a vaccine it is likely some members of staff will be out a lot longer. It has been interesting though to see their change in attitude towards home working and mobile working. They have opted for large open plan offices and some don't have enough desks so hot desking has been a huge thing. Things that don't work well in the current climate.

For some it is working out well, for others it has been very frustrating. Personally I am hoping the end game will result in a mixture of attending the office one or two days a week with the option to work from home the other days.

As an individual I stood alone.
As a member of a group I did things.
As part of a community I helped to create change!

Lately I have done a lot of reading with the kids. I have also walked around and did some colouring at night in bed and practiced meditation too. I used to do skipping but that has fallen by the wayside.
